With our processes we can selectively destroy the active substances. The selection criteria depends on the client needs, for example

(a) waste containing toxic components

(b) Waste elimination of a substance that can cause undesired effects etc

Our Partners have already treated solutions containing the following substances:

  • cyanides or organo-cyanides

  • aromatics, like phenoles, benzene and PAH

  • polyaminocarboxylates

  • phosphonates, herbizides on the base of phosphonates

  • hormones

  • heterocyclics, like 1,4-dioxan, tetrahydrothiophene

  • complex Structures, like pantopranzol, urapidil

Usually, the waste water will be bioavailable after this treatment, or the bioavailability will at the least be strongly increased.

We do this by UV PowerPlus UV oxidation in combination with various oxidants under varying conditions.
