Seven Hills – UV PowerPlus - HydroInfinity Series reactors are best in class UV reactors designed for UV Disinfection & UV Oxidation
HydroInfinity Series reactors are designed and manufactured such that they adapt to the spectral properties of the fluid (water).
The flexible design and modular construction allows engineers to choose the right reactor construction material and also permit designer to incorporate the requirements of turbulence of the flow.
For the equal distribution of the sterilization dose to the single volume elements, UV reactors have to show a narrow residence time behaviour. This can be described by the Bodenstein-number. This value is high enough for Seven Hills HydroInfinity Plus UV reactors, for us to be able indicate to a nearly ideal plug flow in our reactors. This means that our reactors conform to the most important condition for a safe and economic sterilization.

UV PowerPlus- HydroInfinity reactor systems are for UV Oxidation and UV Disinfection (large industrial applications) from 5 to 50 m3/hr
UV PowerPlus– HydroInfinity, UV Disinfection Reactors System are designed with a reactor jacket made of Polypropylene (PP) and can be applied in cold water up to 5 bar and in warm water up to 4 bar pressure.
These reactors are custom build according to the specification / application. The choice of material of construction is based on site & process media dependent.
These reactors show our typical rotational flow and are equipped with high density performance UV lamps with electronic power supply. UV PowerPlus– HydroInfinity, UV Disinfection Reactors System can be applied to a wide range of applications

The table shows the flow range of the different UV reactors for various spectral water properties.
The HydroClean automatic cleaning device covers the range between 50% to 100% of the maximum flow rate; the cleaning efficiency of the HydroClean at flow rates below 50% is poor.
