Our BIOAqua Belt Press Systems are fabricated entirely from laser cut stainless steel plate to provide maximum corrosion resistance and the longest maintenance free life in harsh environments.
This fact also ensures that all models of belt press units are totally enclosed creating work areas which are clean, dry, odour free with low noise levels.
Double-belt belt press is available in 4 belt widths with 6 press rolls. The design philosophy of the Alpha 20000 series is closely linked with that of the Alpha 50000 and Alpha 60000 series. The only major difference between the ranges of machines is the footprint and external appearance.
The Alpha 50000 and Alpha 60000 ranges of heavy duty belt filter presses share a common design philosophy and a similar external appearance. The engineering design varies slightly with the Alpha 50000 range having eight pressure stages while the Alpha 60000 series has ten pressure stages.
SeriesAlpha 60000 also has a greater filtration area, for the same belt width, in each of the three principle process zones (gravity drainage, low pressure concentration stage and final high pressure dewatering stage). The Alpha 60000 series can also be fitted with an extra nip roll for suitable sludge types.

Series Alpha 20000 are versatile general purpose dewatering systems for medium and smaller capacity applications. The stainless steel Series 200 uses proven belt geometry, it is long established successful at many installations.
Completely integrated systems are available for all municipal and industrial applications.
